We Are Hiring!

We are currently hiring for two positions- Finish Technician/Painter and Installation Technician. Please note: We are not hiring welders at this time. Please do not apply for either position with the hopes of “moving into a welding position” in the future. It is very unlikely to happen, and we don’t want to set you up for disappointment. We will put out an ad if and when we have a need for a welder.

If you are interested in applying, you may fill out the form below, or bring a resume in to our office at 621 S Union Ave.

Finish Technician/Painter

  • Grinding and polishing welds to create a smooth and seamless looking product that is ready to be coated.

  • Involves using various corded and air powered grinders and tools.

  • You must be able to lift 65 pounds repeatedly, unassisted. (You must also ask for help when needed to avoid injuring yourself.)

  • Pay is $18/hr depending on experience, quality of work and ability to produce.

Installation Technician

  • Installation of all the products featured on our website as well as replacement windows and other home-improvement products.

  • Because we install a wide variety of products and no job is exactly the same, you must have good judgement and the ability to problem solve.

  • We want our customers to feel confident and comfortable having you at their home, so you must dress and groom yourself in a professional and conservative manner.

  • Previous experience in construction would be extremely helpful, but you must also be humble and willing to learn new things.

  • A driver’s license and clean MVR is required as you will be driving company trucks.

  • You must be able to read a tape measure accurately.

  • Work schedule is M-F, 8-5. Overtime may be required occasionally.

  • Pay is $18/hr depending on experience and quality of work.
