However, there are times that a service call by one of our professionals is the wisest and ultimately least expensive way to go. If you are having an issue with a product and are unsure of what to do, please contact us first so we can help walk you through it or schedule an appointment for one of our technicians to come out and take a look.

• Trouble with locks on security door

• Settling that has caused your door or locking mechanism to bind

  • Do NOT take your lock apart yourself. Doing so voids any warranty your door has on it. A quick and inexpensive service call can easily turn into a very time-consuming and expensive one when you try to work on your own locks. Our lock system is meant to be worked on by our technicians or our recommended locksmiths only.
