What services do you offer?

Aztec Manufacturing specializes in house-made steel products for commercial and residential use. Our primary focuses are security, safety, and sun control.

Products we offer include (but are not limited to):

  • Heavy-duty security/storm doors

  • Gates

  • Interior and exterior stair and porch railings, and deck railings

  • Window well covers

  • Window guards (burglar bars)

  • Steel awnings, porch covers, and patio covers

  • Storefront awnings

All products are fabricated in-house to ensure quality, durability, and a proper fit for each project.

How do I get started?

Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or call our office at 719-542-3641.

We can answer any questions you may have and start a custom quote for you.

If you are able to provide detailed specifications for your project, we may be able to give you pricing over the phone.

If we need to do on site measurements to build your quote, we will need your name, phone number and job address.

We will never put you on any kind of call or email list. Your information will never be sold or shared with any 3rd party.

You can reach us by phone during business hours or anytime via our contact page. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

You can also come see us in person at 621 S Union Ave. Please note, our parking lot is at 635 S Union Ave.

You may see our display or security doors and get a demo of how the work at anytime with or without an appointment.

For the best service, we recommend scheduling an appointment to ensure a salesperson will be available to answer all your questions.

Do you sell and install windows and entry doors?

We sell and install windows and entry doors, both replacements/retrofits and for new construction.

We offer multiple name brand windows and doors including but not limited to:

  • Andersen

  • Simonton

  • Milgard

  • Jeld-Wen

  • Quaker

  • Pro-Via

Why should I use Aztec for my window or door job?

We offer all the same brands that national chains offer, often at better price-points.

We will help you find the right window to suit your needs, even if that means mixing and matching brands. Our loyalty is to our customers, not a brand.

We will never use high-pressure sales tactics or misleading marketing. We will simply give you a fair price on the right product.

We provide in-house installation services and will never subcontract it out to another company.

What is your lead time?

The nature of our work is very seasonal, and lead times can change drastically from one day to the next. It is always best to check the current lead time with a salesperson before placing an order. At the height of the busy season, we can be booked out 16 weeks or longer times. During slower months like late fall through early spring, the lead time is likely to be much shorter.

We work year round, so those slower months are a great time to get projects done!

It is always worth waiting for a quality product, so do not let the lead time be the deciding factor.

If time is of the essence, we can often accommodate rush jobs, but there may be a rush fee.

How soon should I order?

Ideally you should place an order as soon as you are sure you want the product or service.

We recommend ordering 2-4 months before you actually need the product.

For instance, if you want a patio cover so that you can have shade during the summer months, you should place your order by the end of February.

What is the warranty for your products?

Long-term customer satisfaction is our goal.

Our welds have a lifetime warranty for the life of the steel.

The powder coating has a 5 year warranty that covers bubbling and peeling.

What isn’t covered: Any damage or defects that are a result of abuse, misuse, negligence, acts of nature or accidents, or failure to maintain the finish properly.

Please note: Chips and scratches are bound to happen and do not necessarily represent a defect or failure of the powder coating. Most of the time it is from incidental mishandling.

How do I maintain the finish on my product?

Minor chips must be addressed immediately to avoid larger issues from developing. The area that is chipped should be cleaned of any grease or rust and a minimal amount of touch-up paint should be applied to cover any areas of bare steel. For a better result, do not overapply to the surrounding area. Please contact us if you need touch-up paint.

Powder coating must be cared for as carefully as you would care for the finish of your vehicle. Do not use any harsh cleaners or solvents. Do not use any abrasives or high pressure power washing equipment. In most instances, a damp microfiber towel should be sufficient to clean your rail. If you need more cleaning power, use a finish-safe product like a car shampoo. Do not let any residue dry on the finish.

What payments do you accept?

We take cash, checks and all major credit cards as well as Google Pay and Apple Pay.

Our payment terms are 50% down to secure your place in our fabrication queue and the balance upon completion of the project.

Do you offer financing?

We do not offer in-house financing or installment or layaway plans at this time.

We may be able to help you secure financing through on our lending partners.
